Summer is the time to get to work if we are going to continue to improve and reach out goal of having one of the top wrestling programs in the nation.

The Summer Lifting program for THS Warrior Wrestlers has begun. Currently we meet each Tuesday at 5pm at The Complex for lifting and we'll meet each Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday to wrestle from 6-8pm. More information can be found here

This summer I know you might be traveling so we have arranged a set of five (5) camps to choose from. I have a list for you that includes prices and locations (here), so you can plan ahead for them. Three of the five camps will be held in Alabaster at The Complex, so there are NO EXCUSES!

HIGH SCHOOLERS and those of you who will be wrestling for the high school next year you will need to attend at least TWO of the camps. One will be July 13-17 in Cleveland, TN, and the cost will be around $250.00, so please plan ahead. For additional information about this camp, visit our HCWC page.
