Wrestling Camp Check List
This camp is from July 13 - 17, five days!

*** WHAT TO PACK ***
1.	Wrestling Shoes (this includes both LEFT and RIGHT shoes of the same pair)	 
2.	Head gear	 
3.	Workout Gear (Shirts, AYWA/TMS/THS Shirts preferred) 3 per day for 5 days – 15 shirts total	 
4.	Workout Gear (Shorts) 3 per day for 5 days – 15 pair total	 
5.	Workout Gear (Underwear) 3 per day for 5 days – 15 pair total	 
6.	Workout Gear (socks) 3 per day for 5 days – 15 pair total	 
7.	Comfortable Running Shoes	 
8.	Towel
9.	Anti-bacterial Soap	 
10.	Pillow	 
11.	Sleeping bag	 
12.	Notebook for journaling  
13.	Pens or pencils	 
14.	Plastic bag (trash bag) for dirty and/or wet clothes	 
15.	Toothbrush and toothpaste 	 
16.	PJs or Sleep shorts	 
17.	Medicines, prescriptions with written daily instructions	 
18.	List of 3 (or more) emergency contact numbers	 
19.	Cash for T-shirt or other miscellaneous use	 
20.	Good, fun, learning attitude – you’re going to love it!	 
21.	Deodorant (failure to use this may cause much irritability on the Coach's part)	
22.	Book(s) from your school's required reading list 	  
23.	Swimming trunks (there might be a pool), sunscreen, beach towel	 
24.	Handheld games, puzzle books for road trip	 
25.	For Retainer/Braces Wearers: mouth guard, special toothbrush(es), mouth appliance(s), container
26.	For Contact Wearers: saline, cleaner, contact holder, contacts, glasses, & case	 
27.	For Probable Pre and Post Pubescent Primping: comb, brush, hair dryer, etc.	 
28.	Couple of bottles of water 	 
29.	Cell Phone (and charger) Wrestlers will be given 5 minutes a night to talk to Parents
30.	OPTIONAL: Disposable Camera	 

*Do not bring anything of extreme value – chances are good that you’ll either lose it or someone may steal it. Leave it at home.
** Coach prefers AYWA/TMS/THS shirts, if you don't have many, bring red shirts and black shirts.
*** Washer and Dryer are free to use if needed
**** DON'T FORGET: leave your valuable stuff at home!
